You can create stretching yourself. Now why do you feel pain? Sometimes it happens you don't stretch good(enough), or the right way. THIS do NOT means is bad. FIND a good, the right position TO destroy THAT PAIN.. For those who didn't quite long time do any stretching OR never at all it is painful. THIS IS MUSCLES what is working HERE, BONES ARE flexible enough.
